Return and Exchange Policy

At Al-Muhanna Pharmacies, we always strive to provide the best experience for our customers and are committed to applying the highest quality standards in all our products and services.

Below is our Return and Exchange Policy:


1. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of products within seven days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, with the original packaging, all accessories, and the original invoice.
  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Medicines or medical products that require special storage (such as insulin, infant formula and food, or products that need refrigeration), or prescription-only products cannot be returned or exchanged, in compliance with the Ministry of Health regulations.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer service within 24-48 hours of receipt, attaching a photo of the product and the order number. The product will be replaced or refunded without any additional charges to the customer.


3. Return and Exchange Procedure

  • You can submit a return or exchange request by contacting customer service.
  • The returned product will be inspected, and if the conditions are met, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-14 business days, or according to the customer's bank policy.


4. Shipping and Return Fees

  • The customer bears the shipping fees in case of return or exchange for personal reasons (change of mind, or order error), and these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If the reason for return or exchange is a defect or error on our part, we bear all shipping and bank transfer fees.


5. Exceptions

  • The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Medicines and medical preparations dispensed by prescription.
  • Products that require storage at specific temperatures or refrigeration.
  • Opened, used products, or those with tampered packaging.
